White Winter Truflle - Tuber Magnatum Pico

Tuber magnatum Pico, the white winter truffle or trifola d'Alba is a species of truffle in the order Pezizales and family Tuberaceae; it is found in southern Europe. Growing symbiotically with oak, hazel, poplar and beech and fruiting in autumn, they can reach 12 cm (5 in) diameter and 500 g, though are usually much smaller. The flesh is pale cream or brown with white marbling. Taste is hard, heavy, with a strong but pleasant smell of onion.

Black Summer Truffle - Tuber Aestivum Vittadini

The back summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) or burgundy truffle (Tuber uncinatum) is a species of truffle, found in almost all European countries. In cuisine and commerce, particularly in France and Italy, the summer truffle (T. aestivum) is distinguished from the burgundy truffle (T. uncinatum). However, molecular analysis showed in 2004 that these two varieties of truffle are one species. The differences between them are therefore likely due to environmental factors.

Hazelnuts


The hazelnut is the nut of the hazel and therefore includes any of the nuts deriving from species of the genus Corylus, especially the nuts of the species Corylus avellana. Hazelnuts are rich in vitamins E, B and folic acid. They belong to foods rich with healty fats: monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Hazelnuts are a very good source of fiber and protein. They are also a very good source of minerals - manganese, copper, magnesium, phosphorus and iron.

Honey

Honey is the complex substance made when bees ingest nectar, process it, and store the substance into honey combs. All living species of Apis have had their honey gathered by indigenous peoples for consumption. Our bees made a perfect natural honey because lives in clean mountines of Central Serbia (Rudnik and Ramacki Visovi). We produce Acacia honey and pack it into 720ml jars (1kg of honey). Acacia honey is derived from the nectar of the Robinia pseudoacacia flower, commonly known as the black locust or false acacia tree. The natural characteristic of honey is crystallization. It is returned from the crystallized to a liquid state by heating to a temperature up to 40 C.

Honey with Truflles

Acacia honey is rich in antioxidants, has natural antibacterial properties, may aid wound healing and may prevent and treat acnes. Burgundy truffles have an intense, hazelnut-like aroma and are highly prized for their gastronomic qualities. A mix of sliced black truffles and delicately sweet acacia honey, this luxurious treat matches perfectly with an assortment of both mild and strong cheeses.It is very highly esteemed and the most valuable on the market like the White winter truffles. We pack honey with truffles in 110g jars and there are 30% of truffles slices that you can see directly with eyes.

Honey with Hazelnuts

Acacia honey compared with traditional honey, it’s often much lighter in color, appearing almost transparent. It has a flower-like aroma and sweet, delicate flavor. We roast our hazelnuts to remove the skin and put them in honey to connect this two diamonds of the gastronomy and cooking to make something most delicious you will taste. We pack our organic Acacia honey infused with bio hazelnuts in 370g jars and there are 50% of the roasted hazelnuts. The roasted nuts are dipped in honey, creating a product for energizing breakfast. In the kitchen can also be used to create tasty dessert or ice cream for seasoning.

We are able to search for couple o kilos per a week of Tuber Magnatum Pico into October, November and December and to send it to you, to be at your door in Europe for one day and in other continents for less then 4 days. We have all certificate to import into all contries in the world and all deliveries we did in the past, they were successfully completed on schedule, within budget, and with the quality customers required. Last 8 years we’ve been helping out for more then 25th famous worldwide restaurants and companies with fresh truffle products in all continents. Our team of proffesionals have extensive experience searching for fresh wood truffles including: Tuber Magnatum Pico (White winter truffle or Tartuffo di Alba), Tuber Aestivum Vitt. (Black Summer Truffle), Tuber Uncinatum Vitt. and Tuber Brumale Vitt. Apart from the searching for the truffles we produce a Hazelnuts (Tonda Gentile Romana, Istrian, Cosfort. Red Lambert). We have six hectars of bio hazelnuts plantations. This year we started with honey collection and we have 20 bee hives. We are speaking English and Italian language.
